Our main headwear production base covers 24,000 m² in Chau Duc Industrial Park, Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, QC and packing run under one roof, with a team of 900 experienced workers producing up to 25,000 caps and hats per day.

A dedicated sampling and design studio with 10 senior designers. 3D renderings are delivered within 30 minutes and physical samples within 7-10 days.

Quality control

Verification at every production stage

Incoming material inspection

Fabric weight, composition, colour fastness and shrinkage are checked against approved swatches before cutting.

In-line QC

Panel symmetry, stitching density, embroidery registration and size tolerance are checked during sewing.

AQL 2.5 final inspection

Final random inspection with measurement, visual and functional checks, documented with photos.

Pre-shipment report

Packing list, carton dimensions, barcode verification and container loading photos before dispatch.
