From your sketch, tech pack or reference sample to a production-ready specification.
Flat, 3D puff, chainstitch and chenille embroidery on 12-head and 6-head machines.
Screen printing, heat transfer, DTF and sublimation for graphics, all-over prints and small runs.
Woven patches, chenille, leather patches, woven labels, hangtags and custom trim.
Digital mock-ups in 24 hours, physical samples in 7–10 days, revisions until approved.
In-line checks, AQL 2.5 final inspection, measurement reports and pre-shipment photos.
Inside the factory
Our factory in Ba Ria – Vung Tau combines cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing and quality inspection under one roof. Dedicated sampling lines let us validate fit, fabric and decoration before bulk production begins.
