Washed Cotton Dad Cap is a fully customizable low-profile developed for brands that need consistent fit, finish and delivery. Every component — fabric, structure, visor, closure and decoration — can be specified to your tech pack or built from reference samples.
Materials and construction
Standard fabrication is 100% cotton, garment washed, with 6-panel, unstructured construction and a pre-curved, soft visor. We can substitute heavier or lighter fabrics, add lining or sweatbands, and adjust crown depth and panel shape without changing the overall look.

Decoration

Sampling and production
Pre-production samples are produced in 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production runs 20–35 days depending on quantity and decoration complexity, followed by AQL 2.5 inspection and pre-shipment photo reporting.
